This beautiful architectural home represented the culmination of two successful careers, living out their next chapter in retirement by the water. To us, the story of what brings our clients to their decision is just as important as the structural details, as the former informs the latter. This was a very collaborative process as we strived to find the delicate balance between maximising the views of the water with a limited access block. As you can see, large windows and natural light are prominent throughout the property. The open plan kitchen and dining area lead into the perfect entertaining area where we can foresee many Mediterranean inspired cocktails and sunsets in their future!
